You receive an office-appropriate desk. Depending on the size of the office or if you reserve a desk, there are different benefits for each office rental type. As an example, if you rent one of the five (5) larger offices, you will receive a covered parking spot assigned to you (on a first come, first served basis). Wifi is always included.
We are located in the Harbor Shops, off of the 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale. There are many restaurants, a grocery store, and even a salon and gym, all within the same shopping plaza. Take a look at the Harbor Shops website http://www.theharborshops.com/ for more information.
We have two floors. The first floor is comprised of three (3) conference rooms, able to accommodate from 10 to 50 people in a variety of setups. The second floor has two meeting spaces, on the same floor as the majority of the offices, and can accommodate between 15-25 people.
Our offices are open from Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Please feel free to drop by anytime for a visit during our regular office hours and tour the facility. You can also fill out the contact form to schedule a time to come by and see all we have to offer!
You will have 24/7 access to your office and common areas. We utilize a system called access control that provides a specific fob and a code unique to you. The fob and code provide access to the common areas of the building and your office at any time.
