Yes, we have parking all the way around the building. There are enough spaces to accommodate every office.
You receive an office-appropriate desk. Depending on the size of the office or if you reserve a desk, there are different benefits for each office rental type. As an example, if you rent one of the five (5) larger offices, you will receive a covered parking spot assigned to you (on a first come, first served basis). Wifi is always included.
We are located in the Harbor Shops, off of the 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale. There are many restaurants, a grocery store, and even a salon and gym, all within the same shopping plaza. Take a look at the Harbor Shops website for more information.
We have two floors. The first floor is comprised of three (3) conference rooms, able to accommodate from 10 to 50 people in a variety of setups. The second floor has two meeting spaces, on the same floor as the majority of the offices, and can accommodate between 15-25 people.
Our offices are open from Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Please feel free to drop by anytime for a visit during our regular office hours and tour the facility. You can also fill out the contact form to schedule a time to come by and see all we have to offer!
You will have 24/7 access to your office and common areas. We utilize a system called access control that provides a specific fob and a code unique to you. The fob and code provide access to the common areas of the building and your office at any time.
